He provides the strategic leadership and executive direction for Damon BlaQ's operations across the Nigeria–UK real estate investment corridor, overseeing property transactions, investment advisory, business development, strategic partnerships and operational performance.
Before founding Damon BlaQ Consulting he built international experience in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, key-account management and corporate wealth management across the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, advising on client assets exceeding US$30 million.
Ada Ezem Esq.
Ada Ezem brings a rare blend of legal training and commercial experience to Damon BlaQ, shaped by over a decade of work across sales, compliance and real estate law in both the UK and Nigeria. This grounding allows her to assess property investment not just for the financial upside, but for the legal and structural soundness that protects an investor's capital.
Qualified as a lawyer in Nigeria, she began her UK career in sales, moved into compliance consulting, and then worked as a property lawyer with a UK-based firm advising on the legal mechanics of property transactions; she has also handled property disputes in Nigeria. She takes time to understand each client's risk appetite, financial goals and long-term strategy before matching them with opportunities that are both sound and strategically fit — a level of cross-border legal fluency that is rare in the market, and especially valuable to investors moving from Nigeria into the UK.

Mardiya is a real estate professional with three years of experience across property sales, client relations, property management and shortlet operations. At Damon BlaQ Consulting she focuses on client acquisition, sales, lead generation, and building lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the property market and the importance of delivering a professional, client-focused experience. With a background in English Education from Bayero University Kano, she brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to connecting clients with suitable property opportunities.

Ninioritse Eruwa Great leads technology at Damon BlaQ Consulting, where he built the firm's client platform and digital presence across its Abuja and UK offices. A senior IT specialist and systems engineer with experience spanning security, healthcare and property, he focuses on the systems that let clients invest confidently from anywhere — secure client platforms, mobile-first experiences and content built for diaspora investors.
