Who we are
Damon BlaQ Consulting, Lifestyle House, 3 Mike Akhigbe Way, Jabi, Abuja. Registered in England and Wales, No. 16229282. You can reach us on +234 904 860 6453 or at emandiaguele@damonblaq.com.
We hold your details because we cannot answer an enquiry or find you a property without them. We do not hold them for any other purpose, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to other agents.

When you send an enquiry: your name, whichever of a phone number or an email address you gave us, the area and budget you told us about, and the property reference if you enquired from a property page. If you call or walk in, whoever takes the enquiry writes down the same things.
To answer your enquiry, to show you properties that match what you asked for, and to contact you when something matching comes onto our books. Nothing else.
[To be confirmed by DBC.] We suggest keeping enquiry records for a stated number of years and saying so here plainly. This is a decision for the practice, not for the design.
Our own staff, and the companies that host our website and email. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to other agents.
You can ask us what we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Write to emandiaguele@damonblaq.com and we will respond.
You can also ask us to stop using your details and to remove them from our records. When you do, we take your name and your contact details out of our system so that nobody can contact you again from it. We keep the record that an enquiry happened, and what was discussed, because it is part of our business records and our staff are measured against it — but it will no longer identify you.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
[To be confirmed once analytics are chosen.] If we use anything beyond what the site needs to function, it will be named here and you will be asked first.
The retention period and the cookie list are marked above. Whether UK GDPR applies alongside the NDPA — the company is registered in England and Wales but trades in Abuja — is a legal question, not a design one, and should be answered before the site goes live. The erasure wording under “Your rights” describes a manual process; the procedure behind it is not built yet.
