Private views, open houses and one evening a quarter where we answer everything.
Attendance at private views is by registration and capped, usually at twelve. Open houses need no booking. Everything below is free.
18 Chester Square, by candlelight
The Belgravia house shown in the evening, as it is actually lived in. Eleanor walks the five floors and answers on price, tenure and the mews.
Title verification clinic
Bring a Certificate of Occupancy or deed of assignment and we will run the searches with you at the AGIS desk. Twenty-minute slots, no charge, no obligation.
Signature Villa, Frond K
Sunset viewing of the rebuilt garden-home, with the Atelier project architect present to explain what was changed and what was kept.
Wychwood House, gardens open
The eleven acres and walled kitchen garden open alongside the house. No appointment; the gardener will be there, which is more useful than we are.
Serviced plots, walked before the heat
Four plots on the same road, seen in sequence, with the survey plans on paper. We will point out which two we would not buy.
Ask us anything, on the record
All four partners, the Q3 figures on the wall, and no presentation. Two hours of questions, including the ones about our own fees and the listings we lost.
Service charges, read properly
A working lunch on what AED per square foot actually buys across six towers, and how to check a building's reserve fund before you commit.
Buying in Abuja from abroad
Ninety minutes on title, escrow and the two failures we see most often, with a recording sent afterwards to everyone who registers.
Heriot Row, main door open
The Georgian flat and a key to Queen Street Gardens, which is the part most buyers underestimate. Home report available on the day.
Four things worth knowing, so nobody wastes an evening.
We would rather say these plainly on a web page than have you discover them at the door.
Private views are capped and we hold the cap. If a view is full we will offer you the next one rather than squeeze you in.
Bring your own surveyor or architect. It costs you nothing and we will give them access to whatever they ask to see.
Nobody will ask for your budget at the door, and no offer is taken on the night. Events are for looking, not for pressure.
Tell us about step-free access, an interpreter, or anything else you need when you register. It is arranged, not discussed.
